Fernando founded HOPE.hc and leads the integrated direction of its developments, connecting buyer representation, property decisions, feasibility, architecture, engineering, budgeting and construction from the earliest stages through execution.

His background combines an MBA in Business Management with hands-on experience in property advisory, project development and construction.
