With an MBA focused on business management, Fernando founded HOPE.hc to provide disciplined development direction for international clients investing in Southern Costa Rica.
His experience spans property acquisition and sales, investment analysis, negotiation, due diligence, subdivision, market positioning, professional project management, budgeting and construction. He has worked directly with clients from Germany, Canada and the United States, representing their interests alongside property owners, brokers and technical teams.
His role is not confined to a desk. Training in architectural drawing and interior design, combined with hands-on experience in residential construction and renovation, allows him to engage meaningfully with every specialist and every stage. He works through strategy, drawings, budgets and the jobsite—protecting continuity from the first property decision to final handover.
His approach is disciplined and restrained: understand the land, simplify decisions and intervene where it adds value.
